The grant will be used to fund various aspects of the CACDC Road Map to College Program, including the Parents Academy, educational and career workshops, SAT/ACT preparation courses, and a Summer Bridge Program. It will also fund recruitment and promotion efforts for the College Access Center and staff and volunteer training and development.

Bank of America
This is the first year of a newly formed partnership with Bank of America. Bank of America's funding will support programmatic efforts associated with the Road Map to College Program.
United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey
Awarded an Impact Grant for fiscal years '15 - '17, this grant will provide funding to the College Access Center Roadmap Program. United Way also supported the Male Achievers program, a unique initiative focuses on getting young, at-risk youth males into college.
The Barra Award given to CHEC provides core support that rewards exemplary organizations poised for positive change. By exhibiting qualities of leadership, performance and adaptability, these organizations must demonstrate that they are keeping pace with a changing environment and continually looking for ways to be more effective in strengthening the communities they serve.
A generous contribution from McLean will allow the College Access Center to purchase new laptops! This significant help allows the Center to service more students in an efficient, better learning environment.
A conference focusing on black and latino male youth was made possible by the Dolfinger-McMahon Foundation. This conference will showcase education and job opportunities to this specific demographic.
